Salses le Château is a charming little village with all amenities 2 minutes away: bakery, press, grocery store, pharmacy, bar and restaurant. Don't miss the castle and sea tour 15 min away! The house is equipped for small children. Located in a central location, you can discover the hinterland, the coastline of the Vermeille coast and the proximity of Spain 20 minutes away. The space The house is composed of an equipped kitchen open to the living room. The sleeping area is separated by a door overlooking a corridor serving 3 bedrooms, two are equipped with a dressing room. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a double sink with storage. An individual toilet. At the end of the hallway you will have access to the garage in which the laundry area is stored, as well as an additional refrigerator/freezer. The entire property is equipped with reversible air conditioning for added comfort. The outside of the house is being renovated, we have just installed a salt pool but you can enjoy it for a relaxing moment thanks to our deckchairs. The terrace with parasol will allow you to enjoy your meals outdoors. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal.
