The space Enjoy the lovely indoor-outdoor flow with stacking doors out onto a wraparound deck designed to capture the all-day sun. A large outdoor table and chairs for those family/friend gatherings awaits. As the sun sets enjoy a soak in the modern spa pool viewing a beautiful Martinborough sunset, sitting under the stars and moonlight feeling yourself unwind with a glass of local wine. Indoors you are greeted with luxury furnishings in the open plan lounge and dining with a spacious modern kitchen. A large smart TV with sound system ensures you will enjoy your favourite music or action-packed movie. Down the hallway you will find 4 bedrooms, 1 being ensuite, 2 x queen bedrooms and a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a modern stylish bathroom including a bath to soak in with your favourite book. Also down the hallway is a half bathroom for your convenience. We are situated in the Pinot Grove community where you will have access to the communal amenities such as the Pinot Grove communal swimming pool, available late October - April as well as the tennis court. This is a short stroll from the property. Within 3 minutes’ drive you will arrive in the quaint town square of Martinborough where you can enjoy one of the many cafes and restaurants and quality shops. Or if you enjoy walking it is a 15-minute walk to the square. A drive back to the property affords you two off street carparks.” Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property.
