The bedroom on the second floor has an air conditioner to sleep in a cool environment, in the event of a heat wave. The equipment of the house is of high quality and modern. The decoration made by me with my own objects and according to my tastes is personal, warm and designer at the same time. There are two floors with stairs inside (quite narrow, old and quite noisy) and also outside. Care must therefore be taken to supervise children and be careful to avoid falls. The house is in town on a large boulevard. It is well insulated but if you are sensitive to noise, to sleep well in the morning, provide protection. Leave the house reasonably clean and tidy upon checkout to limit cleaning fees. For your complete information: The house is old (about 120 years old). Some things that make the character of this place are original and therefore not new: original woodwork and stairs, sometimes old paintings, aesthetic cracks, deformations etc. If you are looking for the perfection of a new hotel, this is not the right place for you ;) Guest access I prepare 1 to 3 bedrooms for you as well as extra beds depending on the number of guests.
