The bedroom on the second floor has an air conditioner for sleeping cool in the event of a heat wave. The equipment of the house is of high quality and modern. The decoration made by me with my own objects and according to my tastes is personal, warm and design at the same time. For the baby😘 there is a crib, as well as a small bathtub and a high chair. You can bring it for espresso at will 🤗 Bakery and convenience store are within walking distance to stock up. There are two floors with stairs in it (quite narrow, old and quite noisy) and also outside. So care must be taken to supervise children and be careful to avoid falls. The house is in town on a large boulevard. It is well insulated but if you are sensitive to noise, to sleep well in the morning, provide protections. Leave the house reasonably clean and tidy when you leave to limit cleaning fees. For your complete information: The house is old (about 120 years). Some things that make the character of this place are original and therefore not new: original wood paneling and stairs, sometimes old paintings, aesthetic cracks, deformations etc. If you are looking for the perfection of a new hotel, this is not the right place for you;) Guest access I prepare for you 1 to 3 bedrooms as well as extra beds according to the number of guests. Leave the house in good condition when you leave: To contain the moderate rental price and in keeping with the spirit of airbnb, you must make the house reasonably tidy and clean. A few supplies are provided to accompany your arrival (toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, garbage bag, oil, pepper and salt). For the rest of the stay, it's up to you to stock up.
