Welcome to our charming apartment in the *sweet spot* of Sankt Augustin, in the triangle of Cologne/Bonn/Siebengebirge. This cozy accommodation has a fantastic roof terrace perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. With its feel-good character, the apartment invites you to linger and offers you a relaxing stay. The central location allows you to easily explore the surroundings. The space The apartment is available for exclusive use. The kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to cook together. The delicious food can be enjoyed together at the large dining table. For coffee lovers, the kitchen has a coffee bar ready for you. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. The master bedroom contains a double bed 180 × 200 cm, which can be converted into two single beds. In the bedroom, a work corner has been set up, with a desk and chair as well as connections for computers. Fast Wi-Fi is available for working. The roof terrace can be accessed from the bedroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that can be folded out 160 x 200 cm for sleeping and can be used by two people or children. The smart TV has Netflix and Amazon Prime access, which you can sign in with your data. Furthermore, the living room contains another sleeping area with a double bed 180 x 200 cm, which can be converted into two single beds. The sleeping area can be separated by curtains to create a separate area. From the living room you step onto the large roof terrace, which invites you to relax and sunbathe with terrace furniture. Stay as long as you want, days, weeks or months. Guest access The apartment is on the 2nd floor / attic level. Access to the accommodation is provided with a key located in a key safe on the first floor at the building entrance. The code to the key safe will be sent to you in a separate email. Flexible check-in after 3:00 pm. You can reach the apartment via the shared stairwell. In the basement is the washer-dryer, which can be used free of charge. Other things to note Free parking is available in front of the house in front of the double garage. It can be parked to the left in front of the garage. Free parking is available on the street.
