Hellegata 5 - in the heart of Ålesund

Cozy 3-room apartment in the heart of Ålesund city. Modern furnished in Jugendstil building. Short way to restaurants, bars, shopping mall and public transport. The apartment contains 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed/one with a single bed. Cozy living room with large modern sofa with plenty of space. TV/Chromecast for streaming and wifi. The kitchen is well equipped with, among other things, coffee machine (Nespresso). Dining area for 4 people overlooking quiet backyard. The bathroom is equipped with toilet shower, washbasin and washing machine. The space Hellegata 5 is located in the heart of Ålesund and it is within walking distance to most of the attractions and what the city has to offer. The Jugendstil center and the Kube Art Museum are 2 minutes walk away. The same is Hellebroa which is a very popular point for taking pictures of the beautiful Brosundet and the characteristic Jugend buildings there. 15 minutes walk from the apartment you will find the city park and the start of the stairs with 418 steps that take you up on Ålesund's roof, Aksla. This is a must and here you can see the whole city and the islands around. In the apartment you will find maps of the city and some information about things you can do. If you have a car, there is parking. The closest streets for that are Øwregate and Latin school street. There is paid parking on the machine or with app between 08 - 16 - after 16 it is free. On the street itself where I have my apartment you will see that there is zoned parking - there you can not stand permanently but stop to drop people and luggage. There is also a 24-hour parking garage at Kremmergården which is 5-6 minutes walk away. Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal and is located on the 4th floor Other things to note The apartment is posted in July for booking for the first time and new photos will arrive soon as it is under decor. Everything will be in a modern style. All the art in the apartment is made by Steivor himself who has studios in the center.
