Guests can enjoy the private swimming pool, Mediterranean garden, approximately 100 m² of covered and open terraces, barbecue area, outdoor bathroom and several spaces for relaxing and dining outside. Inside, you will have access to the living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The finca, swimming pool and outdoor areas are exclusively for our guests during their stay, offering plenty of privacy, peace and freedom to enjoy your holiday in Mallorca. Other things to note Important information before booking Parking The finca offers free private outdoor parking. No advance reservation is required. Cots, high chairs and extra beds Upon request, we provide 1 cot and 1 high chair free of charge. A second cot can be provided for an additional charge of €10 per day. Where it is possible to add an extra bed, this is subject to availability and costs €38 per day. Before arrival Approximately 15 days before your arrival, please contact our team and provide your estimated arrival and departure times, flight or ferry number if applicable, mobile phone number and email address. Before arrival, you will receive a link to complete the online check-in. Guests will be required to provide the necessary personal and identification details and complete the electronic registration.
