The ground floor houses a fully fitted kitchen, dining table and 3 chairs, and access to the walled courtyard garden with outdoor seating. There is a lockable outbuilding to the front of the property, perfect for storing your bikes securely. Upstairs is the open plan lounge/bedroom with en-suite bath/overbath shower. There is LED lighting for soft ambiance in the evening whilst taking in the views from out of your window at the Cathedral all lit up at night. Alternatively there are many bars, eateries or cinemas to choose from or stay in and use the Smart TV to sign into a film. BEDS The open plan lounge/bedroom has a King size bed, which can be made into 2 x small singles (2'6"). PARKING Parking for one car is available in a nearby private parking area in Whiting Street, a short walk from the property. Guest access Keysafe code issued to Guests on the morning of their stay. Keysafe is located to the entrance of the gate. Guests can drive to the property via the Churchyard, collect keys, unload and then park their vehicle in the gated car park a short walk away from the property. Guests cannot leave their vehicle outside the property during their stay.
