Welcome to our charming 40 m2 apartment ideally located in the very quiet and chic area of the 17th arrondissement of Paris, perfect for up to 4 people. Our accommodation combines the charm of the old with all modern comforts: It is within walking distance of the metro station of line 3 Wagram and the station of Pereire Levallois of RER C which leads to the Musée d'Orsay, and 10 minutes walk from line 14 Pont Cardinet, which leads directly to Orly Airport. The space This apartment is our place of residence, which we only rent out when we are away. It is charming and personal, with sometimes slight traces of normal use of an inhabited accommodation 😊🏠 However, we are very careful before each arrival: the accommodation is carefully prepared, cleaned and organized so that you can enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay 🌸 Our apartment is on the ground floor. At your disposal, you will have: - A cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two people. (You can pull out the sofa to turn it into a large bed🛏️), a large table, a nice kitchen with everything you need: stove, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, etc. - A cozy bedroom furnished with a queen size bed for two people🛌 We also have a nice little desk✍️ - Bathroom with bathtub 🛀 - The toilet - Shelves to organize your belongings. - High speed internet connection (WiFi). - Linens and towels are provided. - Washer - An iron - TV (TV works with Chromecast, so you can use your own Google account 📺) Important Things to note: We do not have an oven, but a microwave is available for your use. For coffee, a filter coffee maker is at your disposal :) ☕ There is a small crack on the hob as well as a slight stain on the TV screen, without any impact on their proper functioning. Guest access The apartment's location will allow you to get around very easily and quickly throughout the French capital via the many public transportation options: - Metro: Wagram (line 3), 5-minute walk, Monceau (line 2) 15-minute walk - Metro/Train: Pont Cardinet (lines 4 and L), 10-minute walk away - RER C: Péreire Levallois, 5-minute walk away - BUS - Vélib stations There are several supermarkets in the area. Naturalia and Franprix are 3-5 minutes' walk. There are many very nice bars/cafes in the Batignolles area near the apartment. Parc Manceau: 15-minute walk Martin Luther-King Park: 10-minute walk Other things to note This is a very quiet building, please do not organize parties in our apartment. Also, please do not smoke inside the apartment :) In an eco-responsible approach, the heating is turned off upon arrival.
