Recently converted to a high standard, La Rena is the perfect venue for large groups of family and friends to stay together under one roof as much as for a couple looking for a relaxing time off. There is an outdoor swimming pool onsite for your enjoyment, a table tennis and badminton facilities as well as a pétanque field! We've installed a pergola outside for your aperitifs and meals. An electric plancha and a gas barbecue are there for your enjoyment. Staying here also gives you access to the private garden. Oh, and it's pet-friendly too! Bikers are very welcome for a one-night break or a full stay, there is plenty of room to park the motorbikes safely. For horse riders, we also offer a safe field with water for horses should you need to make a stop during your travel, whether you are riding or using a van. We are working on renting electric bikes soon! As a self-catering barn, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen is fully equipped (Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher). La Rena is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, DVD player, free internet access and a music player. The billiard table is a must to disconnect and spend nice evenings!! The natural air conditioning (geothermal) will insure a constant temperature, all year round. This property has a wood fire to keep you cozy and warm during your winter stay. And the central heating will do the rest. The sleeping area in this barn is on a large mezzanine equipped with a double bed, a single bed, a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed. There is additional sleeping space in the TV lounge, comprising an infant cot bed, a children size bed and a double sofa bed. There are 3 bathrooms: The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower perfect for People with Reduced Mobility. The next bathroom has a walk-in shower. An extra restroom including toilet and sink. Linen, towels, a hair dryer, washing machine and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 2 p.m. and check-out is noon. - No smoking allowed. - There is free parking on premises. - Solar panels produce the electricity you need. - Pets are allowed on the property. - You can order your shopping from Carrefour Market Drive in Puget-Thoniers and we'll pick it up for you and bring it to the gite so you won't have to bother packing it in the car or luggage. Natural air conditioning via geothermy will ensure maximum ventilation with constant air temperature in summer and winter. The property is equipped with a fireplace to warm you by the fire in winter. Central heating will be the backup. The main bathroom is equipped to allow access to People with Reduced Mobility: large door opening, walk-in shower, hanging toilet and sink. A second shower completes the bathroom. And finally, a separate toilet is located in the laundry room.
