We would like to point out that our services are currently designed exclusively for private customers. We also welcome business guests, but only managing directors or management personnel. Unfortunately, we CANNOT accommodate craftsmen, as our equipment is NOT designed for this. The space Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet place. This is a 4-room apartment with 3 separate bedrooms. You can rent each room individually or all 3 (whole apartment) for yourself. The apartment is for guests only, no one lives in it. Each room has a door lock and is private. The room is perfect for people who don't like direct sunlight. It offers a pleasant cooling on warm, sunny days. Guest access Guests have private bedrooms and private bathrooms. Shared spaces are kitchen with dining area, access to terrace with barbecue area, and parking in the courtyard.
