Upstairs, you'll find two en-suite bedrooms, both with stunning sea views, along with a guest WC. The dining area opens onto a private patio featuring spectacular views and both gas and charcoal braai facilities. A level below leads out to the garden and pool—perfect for relaxing in the sun. The apartment can be accessed via the elevator with a strict request that it not be overused or used more than four rides at a time or be overloaded to avoid it being jammed. It is reliable if used with consideration. There are outside steps on both sides of the apartment. Other things to note Lift is available but limited use only please. Noise sensitive as we have older neighbours. Two of the four flats are occupied by permanent residents. No parties. No events. No pets. Children to be carefully monitored at three pool and around the glass balustrades. There are also steps from the upper to lower floor which must be barred to babies and toddlers.
