A very quiet area ideal for a relaxing holiday but only 2km from the center of Zoagli and close to the famous towns of Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure and the splendid Portofino reachable with short journeys. In the apartment we find a welcoming and bright living area with a sofa bed for two people, TV, wardrobe, dining table and French window to access a balcony that runs alongside the house with a beautiful view of the hills and the sea of the Gulf up to in Portofino. The kitchen is new and equipped with a hob with hobs, electric oven, microwave, kettle, moka, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and crockery. From here you access the sea-view garden equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs and umbrella, where you can relax in the open air during the beautiful days of the Riviera. In the apartment there are a total of 6 beds: in addition to that of the living room, there is a second sofa bed for two people before the stairs to the second floor, where you will find the bedroom with a double bed, TV, a desk where be able to work and skylight with electric curtain with remote control. The bathroom consists of sanitary ware, large shower, hairdryer and there is also a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are rented from a specialized company and supplied for the number of people indicated in the booking, and are included in the price. The house is equipped with free WI-FI connection, independent heating and air conditioning, positioned by the stairs so that it cools the lower and upper floors. There is no private parking, the check-in staff will tell you where you can leave your car. Animals are not allowed. For waste there are public bins along the street. Guest access You will have access to all the spaces of the apartment without any shared area with the other guests/tenants of the other apartments in the building. HOW TO REACH THE HOUSE: Take the A12/E80 motorway to the Rapallo toll booth. Exit and proceed for 6.5 km until you reach the address of the house. If you travel by public transport you can reach the accommodation with the bus lines that leave from the Rapallo train station (15 minute journey, with the closest stop to the house at around 130 metres.)
