Guests have access to complimentary Telstra5G WiFi and free onsite parking for multiple vehicles. Weber gas barbeque available for guests. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk, linen and towels. The space The spacious newly renovated air-conditioned home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan living and dining rooms and separate sunroom with mountain views. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary milk, tea and coffee pods on arrival. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal with your family and friends. There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer. We provide bed linen, pillows, towels, quilts, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand sanitiser and laundry supplies. The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests (2 queen beds, one bunk bed (with a double bed, single bed and single bed trundle) and a sofa bed. There is a hot and cold outdoor shower to wash off after a day at the beach. There are gates on either side of the property which is fully fenced. Guest access Guests can have access to the entire property, laundry and spacious backyard. Guests do not have access to the garage. A unique entry code is provided on the day of booking. Other things to note Guests at the holiday home can enjoy days relaxing at the beach down the road, dining in Shellharbour village only a 5 minute walk away, golfing nearby at the Shell Cove Links Golf-course, snorkelling at bushrangers bay, or exploring the Shell Cove Water Front Marina. There is an IGA, Pharmacy and Butcher only a 5 minute walk away. Woolworths is located in the Waterfront Marina 1km away.
