All amenities and utilities are included in the daily rates (internet/WIFI, water, sewer, garbage removal, cooking gas, filtered water, etc..) except the Electricity Charges at Cost Rs 50 Per Unit (above and beyond our reasonable estimated standard charges for the month) for your stay based on the electricity meter rates at the start and end of your stay. Please note this is because electricity charges for use of the air conditioning for all bed rooms will be a sum that is not predictable and based on the number of guests and your usage.
