Villa ALBERTA is an oasis of tranquillity close to the sea of Villasimius. A romantic and relaxing refuge, surrounded by crystalline seas and white beaches drenched in sunshine. A privileged position, set in an intimate green oasis nestled in the hills of Sardinia, just 800m from the golden sandy beach of Campus. Villa ALBERTA t is located only 4 km far from the town center. All the other amazing beaches in the area are about 5/10 minutes drive from the villa. The space Villa ALBERTA is a beautiful villa immersed in the countryside of southern Sardinia, well finished and equipped with every comfort, with 3 bedrooms and 1 complete bathroom for a total of 7 comfortable beds. The villa is entirely surrounded by a large well-kept garden, an external loggia with barbecue and a practical shower. It is the ideal place for families with children / teenagers or small groups of adventurers. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire villa. We will personally hand over the keys. At the time of check-in we will ask you for your documents useful for the registration, we will show you the Villa and give you the keys. Private parking is available. Other things to note Check-in available from 8 pm to midnight (subject to confirmation of availability) with an extra charge of € 55 to be paid by the customer upon delivery of the keys. Flexibility for daytime hours. Early check in (before 3pm - upon request and availability): free Late check in (after 8pm and until midnight - upon request and availability): € 55 Day use (upon request and availability): € 100 The initial cleaning includes bed linen and towels for all people. It is possible to make a special request for a cleaning service and linen change during the stay at an extra cost of € 120. This service is to be considered mandatory for stays longer than 7 consecutive nights and is to be paid EXTRA upon delivery of the keys. Infants (under 2 years of age) are not counted in the maximum number of guests and do not pay. At most we can accommodate one baby. Children (aged between two and 12 years) will instead be counted and paid like adults. Upon request and availability it is possible to have a cot with relative sheets at a cost of € 10 / night.
