Close your eyes and start dreaming, then wake up. Going back to being children and dreamers is the experience we want to give our guests. This magical place was once the amusement park for the owner Simone and his sisters, today it will be for you. The house and garden are protected by a fence and gate, but if you want to venture into nature, you will be free to leave the property and walk along the CAI paths and admire the pleasant streams around the house. The space The apartment located on the ground floor is very spacious and each room has very bright windows. You'll be lulled by the sound of wind and stream. The kitchen is very spacious and comfortable for cooking and lunch if you don't want to do it outside. All furnishings are original and have been deliberately left to their natural appearance. The fireplace in the living room is at your disposal, please just be careful not to dirty the delicate wallpaper that surrounds it and which is part of a targeted relooking intervention, wanted by the young owner, to make this home for his family and for you guests :) You can buy wood and light the fireplace whenever you want! You can enjoy the garden in the back that is accessed through the kitchen door. Remember for your peace of mind, also close the outdoor grille during the night and not leave the windows open, if you are not too fond of insects :) Upstairs there is another apartment where it is possible for guests to stay for a few days during the year. The garden of our property is, however, for the exclusive use of our house and extends along the facade to the beginning of the large stone mill, in addition to the one at the back, which is accessed from the kitchen door. ACCESS TO THE STREAM: You can access the stream comfortably from the municipal dirt road, bearing in mind that in high season the water level may be lower. For guest safety, it is not possible to access directly from the house :) Your 4-legged friends will be welcome, but remember to keep an eye on them during your stay to prevent them from accessing the other two properties. It is also mandatory to collect your dogs' waste during your stay and before checking out. Guest access Once you arrive in front of the house, if you have only one car, you can park it right along the wall, next to the large green gate of the entrance, or, a second car can also be left along the road that goes slightly uphill. You can always use SELF CHECK-IN with our Smart Lock and secure code. All information will be provided prior to arrival. In the open space near the entrance to the house, you will find the garbage cans that will be shown to you before arrival, or with photos and clear explanations in case of self check-in. Please be respectful of this environment, and if you have any doubts about it, please do not hesitate to ask our TEAM, which is always available. Other things to note THERE are no MOSQUITO NETS on the windows. If you're not too sympathetic to insects, please keep the windows and front and kitchen doors closed. The lack of mosquito nets is intended to allow guests a greater immersive experience in nature. Any people who are allergic to pollen and insects, they will need to keep this in mind before booking or asking our team. Pet fee of €50 for extra cleaning to be paid before arrival. TV is a smart TV only. You are allowed to download all the apps you prefer to use it, foe example: Youtube, RaiPlay.
