Other things to note 【Check in】 Check in is from 3pm 【Check out】 Check out is by 10am ◆Important Rules! *There is absolutely no smoking anywhere inside the building. This includes the use of electric cigarette. If we find that there has been smoking inside the rooms, we will charge a cleaning fee of 50,000 Japanese yen. *Please return everything that you have used to its original place including plates, furniture, and appliances. *Please do not make loud noises after 9pm as there are people living around the area. *Please take off your shoes at the entrance of each room. *Please separate the garbage as labeled on the garbage bin inside the room. * Please note that we do not have any cleaning services during your stay and do not change the sheets or towels during your stay. *Please be careful when opening the entrance door as there may be passing by pedestrians. * Please take good care of the house key and do not lose it. We will charge 15,000 Japanese yen for any lost keys as we have to change the entire lock. *We may charge you for any broken or damaged items or for late check out.
