Our Harmony Lodge is a wood sided home perched at the top of the bank with picturesque views throughout and can easily accommodate 1 to 10 people based on your desire for privacy. The 2nd floor deck entrance with main living area, full bathroom, private bedroom and third floor sleeping loft. The lower level has a private bedroom with queen bed, bathroom and wetbar (not picutured being remodeled in 2025). Wifi and Direct TV. 5 DAY MINIMUM. NO PROCESSING OR FREEZING FISH ON PROPERTY. The space 7 DAY MINIMUM $600 PER NIGHT RATE PLUS 3% TAX LOCATED ON THE FUNNY RIVER ROAD TO MOONSHINE DRIVE SOUTH SIDE OF KENAI RIVER SLEEPS 1 TO 10. NO PROCESSING OR FREEZING OF FISH ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. The Harmony Lodge has 3 bedrooms (1 a sleeping loft) furnished with locally crafted Alaskan Spruce log and cedar furniture. On the main floor near the one full bathroom and a private bedroom with queen bed and 1 set of twin bunk beds. Spanning the width of upper level of the lodge is a large loft with 1 queen bed and 2 twin day beds. The third bedroom is on the lower level of the Lodge with a queen bed, private bathroom and wetbar (photos to come remodel 2025). One full set of linens per bed and one set of towels per guest per stay provided. The great room with its large panoramic windows includes a modern kitchen with gas stove/oven, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, (no dishwasher) with a 4 bar stool island counter and a locally crafted spruce dining table that seats 6. For your relaxing pleasure there is a large couch, double recliner, rockers and a flat screen television. The spacious deck offers picturesque viewing of the Kenai Mountains and the Kenai River. There are metal steps with a 100' drop to our Kenai River frontage for fishing with waders and your own fishing gear. The Harmony Lodge great room has a wood burning stove, as well as, gas wall thermostat heater that provides all the warmth you may need during your stay. The Harmony Lodge has its own laundry room on main living level. Cable TV, WIFI Internet available in cabin. The garage (for storage) and community laundry attached to Harmony Lodge and available for all guests. NO PROCESSING OR FREEZING OF FISH ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. Guest access Main level of Lodge with Great Room with Kitchen/Dining/Living room/large private deck, Main floor Bathroom, Main floor Private Bedroom, Loft Bedroom, Lower level Bedroom and bathroom. Entrance from 2nd floor Deck Stairwell to Front Door at Deck Level. Harmony Lodge has its own laundry room on main living floor level. Garage for storage and lower laundry room accessible to additional 3 cabins guests. Other things to note Check-in is at 4:00 P.M. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late departures will result in another days charge. During peak periods check-out times are non-negotiable because other if other guests are arriving same day. SALES TAX: A 3% Kenai Peninsula Borough County sales tax will be added to the rental rate. CLEAN AND DAMAGE: A basic cleaning and sanitizing is provided prior to your arrival and upon your departure on the Lodge and Cabins. Guests are financially responsible for damages and for additional cleaning if necessary due to not leaving the Lodge and Cabin as required in list below: If housekeeping finds the Lodge or Cabin is in an unacceptable condition beyond normal wear and tear; photos will be taken and shared with the renter and an additional charge for actual labor to clean or repair/replace for damage will be charged to your credit card. You are required to: •Wash with soap and hot water all dishes, silverware, utensils, glassware, pots & pans and place back in cabinets. •Remove food items from refrigerator and freezer upon departure. •Remove your trash and recycling often during rental period and upon final departure and place it in appropriate Borough dumpsters along Funny River Road. It is important, due to bear activity, that no food or trash be left outside or in vehicle and when you cook that you clean up the kitchen shortly thereafter to eliminate the smell of cooked food. •No fish can be cleaned on property only at river’s edge as per approved river restriction guidelines. Fish can be stored in Lodge or Cabin/s refrigerator or freezers but must be in double sealed bags and taken to a processor on next trip to town. We provide: Cleaning products, hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, sponge and scouring pad Toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, coffee filters and trash bags for garbage Salt & pepper and Sugar 1 set of towels (face, hand, bath)and bed linens per person per 7 day rental and dish towels, dishware, glassware, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster, 1 bucket of firewood per day. 1 car, SUV or pickup vehicle parking per Lodge/Cabin (If you have a second vehicle we will do our best to accommodate the vehicle but may have to park on the residential street.)
