Looking for a real break with your dog this winter? Welcome to our Hautbois lodge, a warm cocoon nestled in a hamlet at an altitude of 550 m, in the heart of the forest, in the Sidobre (Tarn). To slow down, breathe, walk, or read by the fire... and wake up to the sound of nature. Morning coffee on the terrace on stilts, reading net, hikes from the cottage: between Haut-Languedoc, Montagne Noire and Monts de Lacaune, to reconnect to the essential, gently. The space The Hautbois lodge is a renovated accommodation in 2024, clean and warm on 2 levels, with an atypical configuration: you enter directly through the bedroom level and the living space is below. 👉 The cottage is particularly suitable for a couple, a family or a person teleworking. ⭐ Highlights: * Terrace on stilts to enjoy the calm and the forest * Reading net: relaxation guaranteed * Wood-burning stove (wood provided) * Fiber WiFi + dedicated workspace: perfect for teleworking in the countryside * Many accessible walks in the surrounding area * Sheets and towels provided, beds made on arrival 🛏 Sleeps (up to 5 guests, including baby) 1 bedroom with 160×200 bed 1 bedroom with 3 beds 90×200 (including 1 bunk bed) that can be combined into a large bed 180 x 200 on request. 🏡 Living room - Cozy living room to relax after walks. - dining area - fully equipped kitchen - wooden terrace with reading net 🔥 Winter warmth & ambiance The accommodation is equipped with a wood-burning stove: ideal for cocooning stays out of season, it is even the main means of heating. Wood is provided. 💻 Remote work & networking Here, the 4G can be weak... and that's also what makes the place charming. Good news: the accommodation is equipped with fiber WiFi, stable and efficient. A small desk in each room will allow you to telecommute in peace. 🍽 Kitchen & Amenities: The kitchen is equipped for easy cooking: oven, stove, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, utensils... The basics of everyday life are provided to start your stay serenely. To stay true to the spirit of the place, there is no microwave and no coffee maker with pods. Here you can take the time to cook, and enjoy the time otherwise. ⚠️ There is no television: we wanted to keep the “forest break” spirit. Otherwise, for safety (and for other animals), a leash is essential. ⚠️ Unfenced property, your pet must remain under your supervision. 🚗 Parking & electric vehicle: - 2 parking spaces in our covered parking lot on site - EV charging station available (let us know when booking) 👉 Things to know: We have carefully renovated Hautbois. Other things to note * The Hautbois lodge is equipped with wifi but the 4G network is bad with all operators. * The place is not suitable for people in wheelchairs - there are stairs and the bedrooms are upstairs.
