Guest access The entire property is available for our guests to enjoy. Other things to note Please Note: Listed booking charges are for a maximum of 16 adults (including children over 8 years-old). Additional adults and children over 3 years of age will incur extra charges as agreed with the owner prior to confirmation of your booking. A maximum number of 16 persons including children can be catered for. Children under 3 years of age are free. Pets of any kind are not allowed on the premises under any circumstances. A security deposit of 8,000THB will be required at check-in and refunded in cash or bank transfer if preferred on check out. Additional Guests: Your booking is for the number of guests advised by you when making your reservation and confirmed as such by SUPREME. Additional guests who have NOT been notified to us prior to your arrival will be charged at THB1,000 per adult, per night, andTHB500 per child per night (under 8 years-old, children over that age will charged at the adult rate) per night for the period of time booked - this is to cover additional housekeeping, laundry, use of facilities, etc. On check-in, should the number of persons exceed the maximum occupancy of SUPREME (16 persons) we reserve the right to cancel the booking forthwith. In this event, any monies paid to Airbnb will not be subject to a refund. Electricity is not included as part of your booking charges. An electricity meter reading for the property will be taken at the start and at the end of the guest's stay. A usage charge will be calculated via the property's own power meter for the amount of electricity used during the length of the stay and will be deducted from the security deposit at check-out. The calculation is based on a rate of THB5.5 per Kwh.
