Other things to note According to Airbnb's policies, the account holder making the reservation must stay with their group. This means we do not accept reservations for third parties, including parents, siblings, spouses, or others. As per condominium policy, registration requires the submission of official identification photos (prior to arrival) for all adult guests, the full name of any minors, and vehicle information (make, model, color, and license plate) if applicable. Visitors are not permitted. Amenities (pool, gym, playroom, etc.) are for the exclusive use of guests. Drug use is prohibited within the apartment and condominium (amenities). Please maintain order and silence at all times, with a noise level limited to 55 decibels. Parties, visitors, smoking, vaping, and drug use are not permitted. To enter the condominium, guests must present the QR codes along with a valid official ID for each adult guest. These documents will be held in safekeeping by security personnel until the check-in process is complete. PLEASE REMAIN INSIDE THE CONDOMINIUM; OTHERWISE, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ACCESS, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF YOUR RESERVATION. The safekeeping of official identification is the sole responsibility of security personnel; the host is not responsible for any loss or misplacement. Any violation of the rules of coexistence, the condominium regulations, or the house rules will result in a fine of $4,500.00 Mexican pesos, which will be collected through AirCover. The guest responsible for the reservation expressly agrees to be responsible for the full payment for any damage, loss, or alteration of furnishings. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $2,000.00 Mexican pesos. The guest's confirmation of the reservation constitutes their acceptance of each and every one of the policies detailed above.
