The space The Rooms and Apartment itself are completely furnished in every aspect with high-quality Fittings. All the interiors are done tastefully and the Kitchen has all the modern facilities required for a comfortable longer Stay ! The Area “Raja Park” is considered one of the best locality of Jaipur having good multiple Markets and large number of Restaurants nearby this Accommodation. Owners of this Apartments are residing in the lower floor of the same Building. You will not share your apartment with anybody and will have personal keys of the Apartment and also of the Building Entrance. There is electronic security lock at the main gate thus making it very safe (no unwanted entry in the Building). We have had Guests from USA, England, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan as well as from some other countries who enjoyed our hospitality. You can also book one room only which are listed separately on this Portal itself. Guest access The guest will have his own set of Keys for each room as well as of the Main entrance for the entrance of the Apartment. The guests can also use the roof top and Laundry room as well as the sitting space on the roof for dining etc. Taxi are easily available within five minutes of ordering. A large number of small and big eating outlets & Restaurants are available. Food ordering with Home Delivery is also possible. During your stay Me & family are staying in the same building and would be able to assist the guests to their needs & questions. We have had Guests from USA, England, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan as well as from some other countries who enjoyed our hospitality. Other things to note To avoid the wastage and misuse of Electricity we follow fare use of electricity policy. You will have up to 20 Units of Electricity every day and any further consumption of Electricity there would be extra charges of Rs. 10 / each unit. Your Apartment has a separate electricity meter visible and the reading would be updated on the day of your check in. Normally you would not need more Electricity then 30 units per day. In simple terms, 1 Unit or kWh is the amount of energy used by a 1000 watt electric heater for 1 hour or another example is ten 100-watt light bulbs used for 1 hour.
