Ananda is set on sizeable acreage and surrounded by orchards & rolling hills. On arrival there is an extensive driveway to accomodate up to 5 cars. The downstairs boasts a stunning living space with smart TV, opening up on the the pool area and games area. Off of the living area there are 3 beautiful light and airy, spacious bedrooms all complete with plenty of storage and built in robes. All bedrooms come with linen, extra pillows, Air conditioning and block blinds. Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with robes and door leading on to the back garden space. Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with robes and door leading on to the front garden space. Bedroom 3 - Single bed with robes & children's books & toys. The downstairs also homes a lovely family bathroom with seperate shower and bath. Towels and Eco friendly toiletries are included to use during your stay. The huge laundry room has a washer and dryer and a filtered water tap. Go up the wooden staircase to the main hub of the house where you are greeted by an exceptional open plan living space. The earthy lounge, complete with the log burner and smart TV is a great place to snuggle up and enjoy your evenings. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs and includes a bean to cup coffee machine. You will find plenty of areas and nooks to read a book and spend some time relaxing. From the kitchen you can access the balcony which has a lounge set and small BBQ. The wrap around Verandah is a lovely spot to sit and listen to the bird song of a morning with a coffee. Upstairs is another family bathroom with seperate shower & bath. Bedroom 4 - Queen bed with desk, storage and access to the wrap around verandah. Bedroom 5 -Double bed with desk, storage and kids books and toys. OUTSIDE SPACE An abundance of activity happens out here! A beautiful mineral lap pool and hot spa adjacent, with plenty of sun lounging space. There is a pool house containing a dining space, TV and huge BBQ to cook up a storm!
