German-Polish couple offers a nice new apartment in our semi-detached house in Gdansk (new development area). The apartment is for two people, plus 1 child up to 15 years. (Guest bed available) The apartment has a living/bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen + a bathroom (shower + bathtub). German satellite TV + Sky + Wi-Fi, parking at the house. Short connection to highways S6, S7 in 3 minutes. 10 minutes to the old town, 17 minutes to the beach. We speak German, Polish and English. The apartment is designed for two. If required, a guest bed can be provided for a child. The apartment consists of a living/bedroom, a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, which includes the following: All kitchen utensils, oven with grill function, microwave, induction hot plate, fridge with small freezer, toaster, Jura coffee machine, kettle, sandwich maker. Other amenities include coffee, sugar, coffee milk, various teas. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower and toilet. A hairdryer is also available as well as towels, shampoo, shower gel and soap. The equipment also includes an iron, ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be used on the ground floor. A fire extinguisher, smoke detectors and CO2 detectors are provided. Access to the locked apartment in the attic of our residential building is via the shared entrance and hallway. However, access to the apartment is separated from our living space. Wi-Fi and German satellite TV (including Sky) as well as Polish TV are just as much a matter of course as the parking space at the front door. There is also a network printer in the apartment.
