The property is near SM City Mall, Ayala Mall, IT Park. We are located at the heart of the city. The transportation is only through taxi or motorcycle. There are no jeepneys passing by at the premises. Small stores are located outside the property in front of the main gate. Laundry shops are walking distance too. Opening date: NOVEMBER 15, 2024 Guest access Long term guests can have free access to the pool, gym and basketball court. Other things to note 1.There is no parking space available for the unit. 2.
