The space The apartment has recently been renovated with custom furnishings and modern design elements that perfectly blend with some restored antique pieces, such as the table and wardrobe in the bedroom. In just a few minutes, you can reach the center of Como by car, and nearby you will find services like restaurants, bars, pastry shops, and a pharmacy. Surrounding the villa is a private forest for wonderful and relaxing walks in nature. The accommodation is functionally furnished and equipped to host travelers from all over the world, whether you are here for a holiday or for work. The apartment is on the first floor without an elevator. LIVING ROOM: Upon entering the house, on the right, you will find the cozy living room, featuring a comfortable sofa bed for two. You will also have a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare excellent lunches and dinners with a wonderful lake view. It includes an induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and a Nescafè Dolce Gusto coffee machine, with coffee capsules, sugar, tea, and herbal teas provided. Additionally, you will have a set of pots, glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, and various cooking utensils. There is a large table with a stunning lake view for enjoying your meals and possibly working. A Smart TV is also available, with all major streaming services accessible through your account, as well as SKY with all available channels. BATHROOM: In the bathroom, you will find a spacious shower, complete sanitary facilities, drawers for your personal belongings, a hairdryer, a large mirror, and an LED mirror specifically for makeup and shaving. A welcome kit including shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion is provided. You will also have cotton towels and a washing machine with capsules to make your stay even more comfortable. BEDROOM: On the loft level, there is a very cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and two rechargeable bedside lamps with USB ports on either side. Next to the bed is a beautiful restored antique wardrobe with a central mirror. You can relax after a day of sightseeing or work, thanks to a second Smart TV in the room. The apartment is equipped with heating and cooling air conditioning. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in any room of the apartment, and parties are not allowed. From Monday 24 March, for about two months, there will be work inside the villa, which will cause noise during the day, from Monday to Friday. Guest access The apartment is located in a wonderful setting, surrounded by a private park and offering breathtaking views of Lake Como. We recommend that our guests arrive by car, as the center of Como is more quickly accessible by car just a few kilometers away. In the outdoor area, you will find a stunning infinity pool, available to our guests at no extra cost, and a barbecue area that can be booked for a fee, perfect for enjoying wonderful days outdoors.
