Sheets/towels option The space The accommodation is located on the ground floor of the building in a very quiet place. There are plenty of food shops and restaurants within walking distance. The accommodation is composed as follows: - Entrance with separate toilet. - Large open living room with: Sofa and TV for you to enjoy by logging into your personal accounts and your own Netflix/Prime Video/Molotov or other credentials. Dining table for 4-8 people Large kitchen equipped with fridge / Oven / Microwave / Coffee maker / Toaster / Kettle / 3 induction hobs Wi-Fi connection / + 400 channels (sports, English, Italian...) The "sleeping" area - A large bedroom with 160 cm double bed (32 cm thickness certified "quiet night") and storage space - A bedroom with a trundle bed with 2 single beds (90 cm) that stick together/Storage space and desk - A 160 cm sofa bed - Bathroom with shower/sink/towel rail/washing machine-dryer The advantages of the apartment: - Very restful and relaxing with good spacious bedding, no car noise or neighbors, etc. - Fitness area with Olympic bar (90 kg weight) + 2 dumbbells up to 30 kg each, + 1 bench + 2 dip bars + Mat - All TV channels in French, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, TF1 Prime... and all languages + movies and series - Board games / Nintendo switch (Mario Kart, FIFA, etc.) - Some basic kitchen foods can stay if you wish (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) + a cleaning kit (sponge, towel, dishwashing liquid, laundry, 1 toilet paper) (to be left in the apartment when you leave!) - breakfast option kit (cappuccino/coffee/tea/milk/eggs...) to ask the owner Notes: -> Line J is a 15-minute walk, you are 30 minutes from St Lazare. I have 2 super single mattresses - Possibility of a special offer for groups or several nights. Arrival before 7:30 p.m. (winter) / 7:50 p.m. (summer) at the grocery store to pick up the keys. If arrival after 8 p.m., possibility between 8 p.m. and 1 a.m., contact us beforehand so that the neighbor or housekeeper can give you the keys.
