The property includes three secure parking spaces and direct beach access, providing everything you need and more for an unforgettable holiday in this iconic beach and surf spot. The house features five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed and a private balcony with stunning sea views. The second bedroom also offers a king-sized bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for children as it has two tri-bunks (a double bed a the bottom and a single bed at the top). The fourth and fifth bedrooms are located in an adjacent building, offering privacy and comfort with queen-sized beds. All bathrooms have a shower, toilet and hand basin. The property can accommodate up to 14 people and includes a spacious kitchen and an open-plan lounge with direct access to a wind-protected braai area that boasts amazing views. The living area also opens onto the main deck, which features a swimming pool and a large dining and seating area. Complimentary WIFI is available, ask the staff for the password. During your stay, the house will be looked after by our live-in housekeeper, Mika, who will ensure that you are well taken care of. Additionally, the house comes with a complimentary large shade awning that Mika can set up on the beach upon request. The home is within walking distance to various local restaurants, pubs and local markets. Guest access The house is rented as a whole. Other things to note The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at own risk. WHAT TO BRING: drinking water food drinks toiletries sunscreen wood charcoal firelighters mosquito spray beach towels (Bath Towels are supplied) REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT There is a Refundable Breakage Deposit of R4000. The Refundable Breakage Deposit needs to be paid in full one month prior to your arrival date and will be refunded within 14 days after your departure date. STAFF TIP Mika is the housekeeper and will take care of you during your stay. Compulsory staff tip of R120 per day, this includes the day of your arrival and day of departure. If more than 6 people occupy the house a second housekeeper is brought in, and she needs to be paid R120 a day including the day of arrival and departure. EARLY AND LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit. No pets are permitted at any of the the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights. *Should a group of youngsters book the property, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision.*
