Quiet in the city center. "Le Grenier" sleeps 4 in a unique and warm atmosphere. On the ground floor you enter the cottage through an independent entrance giving access to a technical room with washing machine (iron and ironing board, laundry rack). A few outdoor games are available to enjoy the nearby park (molkky, ping pong rackets). A staircase leads you into the living room open to a large mezzanine. The space consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a central island (oven, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster) and a cozy living room with sofa, loveseat, daybed, and Smart TV (Canal+, Netflix, and Prime Video). On the same floor you find the first bedroom consisting of a queen-size bed, built-in storage and a small desk. A bathroom with a toilet completes the space. To get to the mezzanine, you take a miller's ladder that leads you to a relaxation area with a hanging net and a fitted play area. Finally, you cross the walkway that leads you to the second bedroom composed of two box springs/mattresses of 80cm x 200cm allowing a configuration with a queen-size bed or two separate beds. The large living room is heated by a reversible heat pump that allows the space to cool down in hot weather. The bedrooms, bathroom and the entrance have an electric heater. Close to all amenities, you can easily access downtown shops: butcher shop, pastry shop, bakery, grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy, biscuit shop. And cultural points of interest: Museum, City Hall, Basilica, library, theater... An extensive wooded park with playground, boulodrome, ping pong table, picnic tables is 50m from the accommodation. Guest access PLEASE NOTE: access is via 4 Rue de Champs 70100 GRAY. You can park your vehicle in the parking lot on Rue des Champs (convention center), along the park of "La Maison Pour Tous". You are 50 m from the entrance of the cottage. If we are available we will be happy to host you. Otherwise, you can check in with a lockbox from 5pm. Stairs are present in the accommodation.
