Center of Chandigarh’s all Hospitals, AirPort, Railway Station, Bus stand, Malls, on Delhi Expressway Road, Hotels and Free Covered Parking, Workstations. Live in Commercial complex The space This is Service Apartment is located in the famous commercial city complex called Chandigarh Citi Center (CCC), Park plaza hotel and Holiday Inn are approx 300 meters away. Its located on Chandigarh Delhi expressway, all local and long rout buses (including private buses to Manali, Shimla, Dharmsala, Delhi) stops here, bus stop point and a famous landmark is known as Metro Store. This big commercial apartment has two entry gates, one gate goes to my private office and another door with Electronic Smart Lock opens into the Bedroom’s Living area. There is glass door with privacy film installed on the partition office and residence partition door, which is locked for guests privacy. Washroom and kitchen remain private to the guest only. I have tried to install many kitchen’s appliances for a quick drink, making tea/coffee, a proper cooking is not possible, you downstairs and buy Lunch/Dinner for less then Rs 70. I don’t have anyone working from office area, I also mostly travel to international destinations to make videos for my YouTube channel “ManiKu Vlogs”. If you see me in office then come and say “hello”, I have over 100 New York Times bestsellers books in my office to read. I have tried to add all the modern amenities after traveling to many international destinations and staying in countless hotels. I have tried to keep prices competitive but having most comfortable beds installed. 1. Smart LED TVs - 2 LEDs, 43 Inch HD LED in big bedroom and another 33 inch LED in small room. 2. Sofa cum Bed - small room has comfy sofa cum bed, two person sleep comfortably after unfolding, then 4 people enjoy TV after making it a Sofa. 3. Washroom Amenities- Installer a Hair Dryer, Digital Temperature Control Guyser, LED Fancy Mirror, Big Head Shower etc. 4. Wifi - installed 2 high speed Wifi and Jio box. 5. RO - A premium mineral Water Purifier installed in the kitchen. Please don’t buy bottled water. 6. LG 5 star rated fridge is ready to make some Ice, Chill your beers and Wine. 7. Panasonic top rated Microwave oven so, you can reheat any ordered food. 8. Wine and Beer glasses - don’t break any glass. 9. Smart Lock OTP password based entry for a private stay and independent check in process. Guest access You can use all parts of the apartment, its your apartment, I have a small office, there is a glass door to enter and locked, your residence is totally private. I am mostly traveling and making YouTube videos but if I am available in my office then visit and discuss about Yoga, Meditation, International Traveling, Visa, Islands, Working Remotely etc. My office has a separate entry and your residence has smart lock entry from the next door. Other things to note On Chandigarh Delhi Expressway, Best Location to go Delhi or Manali, Shimla or Dharmsala. Chandigarh Airport and Railway Station only 10 mins away. Easy to go PGI Chandigarh, GMCH 32 Hospital, GMSH 16 Hospital, Fortis Hospital Mohali, Sukhna Lake, Alchemist Hospital Panchkula. This property is located in Chandigarh Citi Center (CCC) behind Holiday Inn and Park Plaza Hotels, Cosmo Mall is 300 odd meters, on the busy walking street of Chandigarh called VIP road in Zirakpur, you can go on a foot walk and explore the market, local food, many Microbreweries, a bar is located within the premises at 15th Floor, many restaurants on ground floor. Please note that this apartment is located in the commercial building, restaurants, Doctors on Ground Floor, Offices on 1-2 floors and Soho Cum Residential property on 3rd and 4th Floor. People usually use these units for office work and also sleep in the bedrooms. If you are not looking to live in a commercial complex then please don’t book. - 2 Smart LED TVs - 2 Big Full Body LED Mirrors with multiple lights. - Best Oil based room fresheners installed for good smell, you can turn off/on as per your choice. I have added 2 workstations in the living room so, you and your partner or kids could work & study like home office on proper Computer Tables and Chairs. Free Wifi connections. Sofa cum bed is also located in this living room along with a Smart Android LED TV. Enjoy Netflix on MI TV in living room. You can easily convert sofa into a full size queen bed by stretching the cloth hook. Goto Terrace at 5th floor using lift next to the service apartment in evening and enjoy city lights, Airplanes. Need your Government Issued Address Poof Identification for each guest for a Check-in as per Punjab Government Mandate for a reservation. Only 1 pets stay is free, Rs 250 charges for every additional pet. 🧑‍🍳Cooking Help for long stay: All my apartments are equipped with cooking appliances, we have a private cooking person as well, she can cook both Veg & Non Vegetarian food in your room, book in the advance, you can hire her, discuss price with her directly.
