INSIDE: Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, study nook, built in wardrobes with hanging and folding space. Sun blind, black out blind and sheer curtain. Bedroom 2 - Double bed, sun blind, black out blind and sheer curtain. Bedroom 3 - Single bed. Although there is technically three beds in this room, our council permit only allows us to sleep 5 guests total. Please respect this. Built in wardrobes with hanging and folding space. Lounge Room - Open plan lounge space which opens out to the outdoor entertaining area, and behind is the breakfast bar and kitchen. The lounge has a gas flame-effect fireplace, frame smart TV and drawers full of games! Kitchen - The heart of the home, the kitchen is everything you would hope for when planning to cater for your friends and family. Including oven, cooktop, large fridge and freezer, SMEG coffee machine (with beans), dishwasher and plenty of bench space, you'll feel included whilst preparing meals. OUTSIDE: Outdoor Kitchen - the outdoor kitchen flows seamlessly from inside to out, and comprises of bench space, a Beef Eater BBQ and mini fridge. Outdoor Dining - The outdoor dining area features a hand made table with built in bench seat, large enough to accommodate the entire family. With ocean glimpses able to be embraced through the tree line. Outdoor Firepit - The firepit is perfectly positioned to be enjoyed by all, with a cohesive seating design so you can be by the firepit and interact with those on the deck, in the house or sitting right beside you. Outdoor Shower - A large rainfall shower head cascades onto luxe tiles underfoot, making for a complete experience. Including hot and cold taps, you're able to rinse off after a beach swim, cool down at the end of the evening and chuck the kids under if they've been over in the bush reserve adjacent to the home. The home also includes Wi Fi, all linen is provided and plenty of off street parking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property during their stay.
