In the nature room, a large box spring bed with wooden elements offers peace and security. The spa area pampers you with a whirlpool bathtub, cozy sitting area and direct access to the garden. Treat yourself to a break in this harmonious ambience of complete serenity and leave everyday life far behind. The space Welcome to our wellness oasis – your retreat for relaxation and recreation! In our lovingly designed basement area, a unique blend of nature, luxury and wellness awaits you. The entire area is exclusively available to you and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Room 1 – The Nature Room: The spacious bedroom is a place of peace and security. With a large box spring bed, natural wood elements and wood paneling, the room reflects the harmony of nature. Here you can relax in a stylish, cozy ambience and wind down from the day. A modern TV is also available if you want to have a movie night. Room 2 – The wellness area: This room is your private wellness oasis with direct access to the garden. Pamper yourself in the whirlpool bathtub, surrounded by a natural wooden atmosphere and lots of green plants that create a relaxing spa atmosphere. A cozy sitting area with a sofa invites you to read, listen to music (Marshall Box included) or simply relax. Books, soft textiles and subtle light create a calming atmosphere. There is also a TV here if you want to sit back and enjoy a wellness movie. The outdoor area: From your wellness room you can go directly into the green garden, where you can feel nature and enjoy the fresh air – ideal for a break between wellness moments. Bathrooms The bathroom is exclusively at your disposal. You do not need any care products, as we have everything we have for you (shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, perfume). A hairdryer is also available. Towels are provided for you in the bathroom. Our wellness oasis offers everything you need for a relaxing stay: natural materials, a relaxing atmosphere and many details that have been designed with great care. Treat yourself to a break and experience luxury and relaxation in this exclusive accommodation! Guest access As already stated in the detailed listing description, the entire wellness oasis, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious hallway and the garden are available to you. In the basement area there is a private access (which is also signposted) to the laundry room/oil room exclusively for us. This is only occasionally used for longer stays - with prior notice. Otherwise, your areas are private. During your stay If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, you can always contact us via Airbnb or by phone/writing. We usually respond immediately. Other things to note Welcome to the cozy accommodation, ideally located in the heart of a lively environment full of leisure activities and attractions! Just a few minutes away is the famous CHIO site, where the renowned international equestrian tournament takes place every year and major events are held regularly – a must for sports and event enthusiasts. The Aachen Theater can also be reached quickly and offers a varied program for those interested in culture. Football fans and sports enthusiasts can look forward to the nearby Tivoli, the home stadium of Alemannia Aachen, which regularly hosts exciting games and events. If you want to be active, you will also find a badminton and climbing hall nearby, which provides fun and sporting challenges. In winter, the famous Aachen Christmas market attracts visitors with its festive atmosphere and, like the lively Aachen city center with its numerous shops, restaurants and cafés, is just a stone's throw away. Another highlight of the area is the unique border triangle, where Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands meet – perfect for a trip to three countries in one day!
