The space 🏡 The Renouard cottage (about 70 m²) consists of: ✅ Main Floor: • A large living/dining room, very comfortable with wood stove and TV opening onto the terrace and garden with stunning views of the Renouard Valley • A very well-equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine) • A bathroom with shower and toilet (washing machine) ✅ Upstairs on the living room side (spiral staircase): a large bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 cm (high-end bedding) and a desk with views of the valley. ✅ Upstairs on the kitchen side (millers' staircase): an attic room with 2 single beds (new bedding). 📺 📶 TV & WIFI (Fibre) & teleworking space. 👶 A baby bed (umbrella) is available on site. 🐶 Pets allowed on request. 🛏️ Linen and cleaning on departure included. 🌱 Outside, the house offers a magnificent terrace overlooking the flower garden (not enclosed) with a view of the valley (garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers). 🔥 Charcoal BBQ. 🚗 Parking available in front of the house.
