The space 🏡 The Renouard cottage (about 70 m²) consists of: ✅ Ground floor: • A large, very comfortable living/dining room with wood-burning stove and TV opening onto the terrace and garden with stunning views of the Renouard Valley • A very well-equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine) • Bathroom with shower and toilet (washing machine) ✅ Upstairs on the living room side (spiral staircase): a large bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200 cm (premium bedding) and a desk overlooking the valley. ✅ Upstairs on the kitchen side (miller's staircase): an attic bedroom with 2 single beds (new bedding). 📺 📶 TV & WIFI (Fiber) & remote work space. 👶 A baby cot (umbrella) is available on-site. 🐶 Pets allowed upon request. 🛏️ Linen and exit cleaning included. 🌱 Outside, the house offers a magnificent terrace overlooking the flower garden (not enclosed) with a view of the valley (garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers). 🔥 Charcoal BBQ. 🚗 Parking available in front of the house.
