The space Whether you’re seeking adventure or simply want to recharge, this weekender studio on the owner’s property offers the perfect escape—an idyllic setting. Its important to us that our property is & remains a non smoking property. Off of the main living area there is a large queen size bedroom with a writers nook. Separate to the main open space area is a small sitting area with a second tv. The roomy bathroom includes a full size bath plus shower/toilet. Linen & towels provided. The back area is north facing, with extensive the rural views. Enjoy a BBQ under this shelter if you choose. Guest access You have access to the entire studio. Other things to note Clayton Bay is a delightful hidden gem! Nestled away, it offers a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. Being a part of the stunning Fleurieu Peninsula, you can easily soak up the sun on beautiful beaches or indulge in delicious local eateries.
