Downtown SF Studio Apartment Near Civic Center

Our parking spot has size limitations. Please check with us to see if your car would fit. Our studio includes parking for a compact, midsize, or entry-level luxury car. If your car doesn't fit (SUVs won't fit) you'll need to use street parking, which is metered, or pay for parking at a nearby garage. Check-in time depends on the day of the week. Absolutely no smoking is permitted in our studio. We also appreciate if guests avoid using strong perfumes/colognes while staying at our studio. The space Explore the heart of San Francisco from this designer studio. Unwind in this boutique, open-concept space with carefully selected decor or gaze out across the city from the rooftop terrace with 360-degree views, a BBQ, and a seating area. This modern studio is located in one of SF's newer buildings. It has light brown floors, brand new furniture, and includes wifi and a 39 inch flat screen TV which streams Roku, Amazon Prime, Netflix and over 60 local channels. In addition to the everyday essentials expected in a modern home (heating, oven, fridge, etc), a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, iron, blow dryer and a washer/dryer are included for your convenience. Our unit is extremely quiet; excellent for getting a good night's rest on a cozy queen size bed. The building's common areas are monitored around the clock for your security. The entrance to Highway 101 - southbound (to the Peninsula) and northbound (to the East Bay) - is 4 minutes away. In the event 3 guests want to sleep on separate beds, you can use the daybed sofa which is around the same size as a single bed. The building is located in the Civic Center area, in the middle of town, and is equal distance to all of the nightlife options and places of interest. Discover the city with close access to the water and the iconic Mission District. Three SF MUNI bus routes (the 47, 49, & 90) stop 200 feet from the entrance of our building. Taxis (or Lyft, Sidecar, and Uber) are quick to arrive when called. The Civic Center BART (underground train) station is a 10-minute walk from our place; you can catch BART to and from the airport (SFO). Golden Gate Transit buses to Marin County run on Van Ness and stop in front of our building. We also have City Carshare cars available in our building's garage! Guest access Our guests have access to our entire, private, studio. You'll also have access to our rooftop which has beach-style chairs, a BBQ and a beautiful view of the San Francisco skyline. Philz Coffee and a sandwich shop are located on the first floor.
