The House Includes: •2 Bedrooms •1 Bathroom with hot shower •1 Spacious Living Room •1 Kitchen room •Parking for 2 cars inside the gate + 2 more outside 💡Ideal for short stays. The house offers clean bedding, air-conditioning, and secure on-site parking. It’s not a luxury home, but it’s spacious, private, and comfortable. 🛏️Bed Arrangement:🛏️ •Bedroom 1 (16 sqm): 1 King bed (for 2 guests) •Bedroom 2 (16 sqm): 1 King bed (for 2 guests) •Living Area: 1 sofa bed (for 1 guests) with pillow and blanket. 🌿 Note🌿 🔹For bookings of 2 guests staying less than or 7 nights, the second bedroom will be locked. While most of them are harmless. we recommend being cautious when walking in public areas. 🔸 🐕 Neighbourhood Dogs The house is located in a residential area, and some nearby neighbours have pet dogs. Occasionally, gates may be left open, or some dogs may find their way outside through fences. this situation may be uncomfortable for some guests walking pass that house. As this is beyond the control of the host. 🔸 🦟 Insects and Food Waste Due to Thailand’s warm and humid climate, ants and insects may appear if food waste is left inside the house for too long. To maintain cleanliness and a pleasant stay, we kindly ask guests to dispose of food scraps and trash in outside house. 🌼 We kindly accept bookings only from guests who understand and agree with the above conditions.
