I offer in my house: 1 bedroom + private bathroom without parking for 1 woman/2 responsible, healthy, communicative people, > 18 years old, who go out a lot and are quiet when they return. Patio: table to eat/smoke/vape WIFI & Netflix Centro y playa: 10' on foot The space I live in a house with two floors available. I don't offer private parking, not even for motorcycles. -First plant (climbing 16 steps): there is your bedroom, your exclusive bathroom for guests. Also my bedroom, it's next door. I don't care about the time you enter or leave, as long as you don't make noises that wake me up. -Bass floor: the places you have access to are the entrance to the house, and the kitchen/dining room. -Outdoor: Back patio with table and chairs, plants, a front patio with trees. A backyard patio with table and chairs, plants, where you can have breakfast, dinner, smoking or rest. You can also leave the umbrella, beach chairs and towels over the chairs here. From the patio you see passing by and listening to seagulls, mirloos, turtles. -Azotea for tending clothes or towels in the shower. When you go out, on the outside to the left at the bottom, you will see the beach. - Most neighbors are lifelong, quiet and respectful people who live all year round in Rota. -The house is in a very quiet street. -When you arrive with your car, you can stop in front of my door, unload, and then go to park very close. Guest access - 10'walk: Playa del Chorrillo-Rompidillo. - 12'walk: Playa de la Costilla. -Catars/ATMs: 5'by foot, or 12'by foot. -A 3'walk: you have a supermarket, mobile shop, coffee shop, churreria, tapas and breakfast bar, copy shop, hairdresser and barber shop. - 4'walk: you have a pharmacy, another supermarket, a fishmonger and another food bar. -A 5'walk: you have another supermarket, another pharmacy, another coffee shop, a bazaar a fruit shop and a watertight. -A 7 minutes walk: you have a market for supplies. The kitchen is available for cooking: and you can use the toaster, coffee maker, fruit juicer, kitchenware, napkins. The oven is not available and there is no microwave. You also have a space in the refrigerator and in the freezer if you need it. Breakfast is offered: coffee, tea, infusions, cocoa, and sugar, if desired. There is a dining table in the kitchen-dining room available. There is a table with chairs in the courtyard available for eating, resting or smoking. You can leave the beach towels on the chairs if you want. Hand dishwashing. On the upstairs terrace you can tend your clothes, towels, bath clothes, etc... Washing machine service: 5€ During your stay I hope you read the full ad and follow the rules. Good communication and willingness are necessary from the first message. I live and work in this house, so I allow guests to take advantage of their view by spending most of their time outside. I hope to receive the same as I give: honesty, respect, equal treatment, independent and mature behavior. Please provide a day's notice of your approximate arrival time. Although I offer flexibility, out of consideration for myself, and my own organization, I like to know. I help you get settled in and explain how everything works. If you feel like a chat at the end of the day, on the patio, I am available, and also for local recommendations or any questions. You must have the following values and characteristics: love for cats, intelligence and emotional maturity, responsibility, travel organization, empathy, respect, good education, independence, generosity, and humility. I host guests who spend most of their time outside 2. Guests who do not take drugs or abuse alcohol. 3. It is mandatory, out of respect, that you sleep with your door closed. Your room and my bedroom are glued. 4. Visits are not allowed, it is an exclusive accommodation for guests. If you fit the profile, we will enrich each other, you will have a family treatment, and I will try to make you as comfortable as possible, helping you with everything in my hand. Otherwise, I'll have to cancel your reservation. IMPORTED: 1. Your profile must appear with photo, with complete and updated information, and, APPROVED BY the PLATFORM. 2. Keep notification notices on. It facilitates the communication process in a responsible and mature way. 3. Send me a clear message telling me a little about yourself tell me : your age, where you come from, with whom and the reason for your trip. 4. Plan and organize your trip properly. 5. Please let me know of any changes, and the approximate time of arrival at least 24h in advance.
