The living room, furnished with a soft sofa and a smart TV, is the perfect place to relax after a day on the lake, enjoying the comfort of home. - Bedroom: An oasis of tranquility. The queen-size bed will wrap you in a rejuvenating sleep, while the spacious wardrobe allows you to store your clothes neatly. For the lazier evenings, you can enjoy your favorite series on the smart TV, comfortably lying between the sheets. - Bathroom: A small design masterpiece. Here you'll find a modern shower and a bidet, perfect for giving yourself a relaxing break after exploring the wonders of Lake Como. Additionally, for your utmost comfort, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine and free high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring a worry-free stay. Alternatively, you can use the municipal parking garage (Autosilo Comunale) and the Valduce parking garage (Autosilo del Valduce), both located near the property. Free parking is available on "Palestro" street, about 8-10 minutes from the property. The apartment is located on the first floor of a courtyard without an elevator, so you will need to climb two flights of stairs. The check-in process is managed exclusively through our online platform. It is mandatory to complete all steps in order to receive the access instructions for the accommodation. Upon check-in, guests are required to sign a Short-Term Rental Agreement, as required by the Italian Revenue Agency. For all bookings with a rental amount exceeding €77.47, a €2 stamp duty is applied in accordance with Ministerial Decree of 17/06/2014, to be paid at the time of online check-in. It is also mandatory to complete the online check-in form and provide valid identification documents for all guests, as required by Article 109 of the Public Security Law (T.U.L.P.S.), in order to transmit the data to the competent authorities (Questura).
