The space As you step inside our modern home, you will be greeted with natural light and homely furnishings. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and ensuite. The second bedroom offers a double sized bed and the third has a bunk bed that sleeps three (double on the bottom and single on the top). Each bedroom is bright and spacious, equipped with bedside tables, built-in wardrobes, and plenty of storage space. Plus, the front room has a futon that folds out into an additional double bed, ideal for extra guests. The living room is the perfect spot to unwind, featuring a Smart TV with access to all streaming services (using your own login) as well as free-to-air TV. For those who love to cook, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make meals feel like home. It includes a fridge, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle for your convenience. Gather around the dining area for family meals or a quick bite before heading out to explore. The home is equipped with ducted heating and cooling throughout, ensuring year-round comfort. Step outside to a small backyard with a patch of lawn, perfect for your furry friends (pets allowed outdoors only). Enjoy alfresco meals with an outdoor dining setting for relaxed evenings with loved ones. Guest access Base price is for two people (1 room). Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for. If cleaners find that unpaid beds were used, an extra cleaning fee will be incurred. These items aren’t restocked during your stay, so feel free to bring along or pick up anything extra you might need. For the safety and security of our guests and property, please be advised that we have installed an outdoor security camera on the property. For reservations on booking platforms outside of Airbnb, we require either a $500 AUD authorisation hold or a fixed damage waiver per guest with every reservation prior to check-in. Please note, that the pre-auth hold is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply, but will also be returned after check-out permitting no breaches in policy occur. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. A damage waiver will not be refunded.
