Guest access 🏡 Guest Access Guests will have complete and unrestricted access to the entire property. There are no shared spaces; the entire property will be at your exclusive disposal during your stay. 🚗 Parking The apartment has a private garage, available upon request for €15 per day. This service is subject to availability, so we recommend requesting it in advance to secure your reservation. Alternatively, there are public street parking lots marked with blue lines near the property. Parking is paid from Monday to Saturday, with the following hours: 🕗 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM 🕓 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM It is always advisable to check the on-site signage to confirm current rates and hours. 🔑 Check-in We offer two check-in options to meet your needs: ✅ Check-in: 🕒 From 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM ⏰ Late Check-in (in-person only): From 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM → €15 After 12:00 AM → €30 per hour 🔑 Self Check-in: Available free of charge and at any time (upon request) 🚪 Check-out: 🕙 By 10:00 AM ⏳ Late Check-out (upon request and subject to availability): Until 2:00 PM → €30 Until 8:00 PM → €60 Other things to note 📌 Details to note 🔹 La Casetta is a vacation rental and does not offer bed and breakfast services. However, to ensure your comfort, we provide: ✔ Initial cleaning of the apartment before your arrival. ✔ Clean and fresh bed and bath linens. ✔ Complimentary toiletries with shower gel and shampoo. 📌 Paid extra services Any additional supplies are not included in the stay, but can be requested for a fee through external companies. For more information, please contact us in advance. 📑 Administrative requirements for your stay For security reasons and compliance with Italian regulations, it is mandatory to provide: A copy of all guests' identity documents (passport or ID card) at least 48 hours before arrival. 📷 Photo of the identity document (including Airbnb-encrypted ID, if applicable). 🤳 Selfie of the person booking with their ID, for identity verification. 📝 Signing of the tourist rental agreement In accordance with Italian regulations on tourist rentals (Article 1571 et seq. of the Civil Code and regional regulations), guests must sign a tourist rental agreement upon check-in.
