Its modern and contemporary kitchen and two terraces make it a friendly place to live for a couple with a child. You will spend a pleasant stay, enjoying both the interior and the exterior in all seasons thanks to its large bay windows. The space The gîte is on one level and accessible to people with disabilities. Its main asset is undoubtedly this large kitchen recently added to the whole and inspired by industrial architecture: large bay window, sliding glass door... with a vintage touch: its sink placed on a recycled, reused and restored piece of furniture. The vacation rental also has a living room with TV and large bench for relaxing moments around the wood stove. Two bedrooms can accommodate 3 people: a single bedroom with a single bed and a double bedroom with two 80 cm beds, which can be brought together into a single 160 cm bed. The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Two terraces allow you to organize your meals and other aperitifs outdoors. All around, there is space to relax: a small stream flows near the cottage and small bridges give access to the woods. You will take very pleasant walks there and your dear blonde head will be able to organize wild hide-and-seek games: expect to have to participate! Nature is specially protected: no pesticides, bird protection (LPO refuge), two hives to pollinate the organic mandala vegetable garden and the many fruit trees: everything is done to preserve our environment. Ideal for a weekend in the countryside, this small gîte is also very suitable for teleworking: thanks to a good quality internet connection, you can process your files and participate in your video calls... while enjoying the calmness of the countryside, with a view of the mandala vegetable garden! At the entrance of the property, a large parking lot is available to leave your vehicle. You are 1h30 from Paris by car and 1h by train: the owners will gladly pick you up at the station which is 4 km away. Guest access You will have access to most of the garden and woods: only the immediate surroundings of the owner's house as well as the pond are private.
