Please be quiet after 11 pm. - For environmental protection, please prepare toothbrushes, toothpastes (we do not provide them) 2. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE UNIT. According to my local laws, I must register my Airbnb guests to my local government. The host has the right to refuse unregistered guests at any time, no questions are asked. STRICTLY NO OVERNIGHT VISITORS. Please inform me before bringing more people. Additional payment: $10 By law i need to receive a photo of the cccd/ passport of all the people that will stay in the house. This is for safety reasons. You will be responsible for anything that gets damaged, even though it happened because of someone you invited. 3. No SMOKING ! Keep the area clean (no littering!) CLEANING: penalty of 100 usd or applicable cost (if any) more, if we see smell of smoking in the apartment. 4. NO DRUGS and NO Protitution! NOTES: - No car parking space at the property. - There is a parking service more than 100m away from home.
