Let me know if you have any questions 1. CHECK-IN: after 2:00 PM CHECK-OUT: before 11:00 AM Flexible check-in/check-out time is subject to availability on the calendar. Please inform me in advance. - Please keep quiet after 11pm - To protect the environment, please prepare toothbrushes, toothpaste (we do not provide them) 2. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE HOUSE. By local law, I must register my Airbnb guests with the local authority. The host has the right to refuse unregistered guests at any time, no questions asked. STRICTLY NO GUESTS OVERNIGHT. Please inform me before bringing more people. Additional payment: 10 USD By law, I need to receive a photo of the ID card/passport of all the people that will stay in the house. This is for safety reasons. You will be responsible for anything that gets damaged, even though it happened because of someone you invited. 3. No SMOKING ! Keep the area clean (no littering!) CLEANING: a fine of $100 or more (if any) will be applied if we find the smell of smoking in the apartment. 4. No DRUGS and no prostitution! NOTE: - No parking space at the property. - There is a parking service more than 100m from the home.
