With 3 large, spacious, beautifully furnished double bedrooms (2 with en suites) and 2 single bedrooms (accessible through double bedrooms). All beds have cotton bed linen and feather bedding. Downstairs Comprises of a spacious sitting room with an open fire in the inglenook fireplace, exposed oak beams, door to terrace and Smart TV. Second sitting room has exposed oak beams, sofa converts to a double bed if required. Dining room with wood burner in the inglenook fireplace, exposed oak beams and original brick floor, open plan to the contemporary country style kitchen with modern appliances, electric oven, hob and microwave, Smeg fridge/freezer. The kitchen is open plan to the light and airy garden room with its large kitchen table. 3 big opening windows to the rear of the garden room give glorious views of the gardens and stunning sunsets, double French doors to each side leading out onto the wrap around terrace. Extending out from the kitchen on one side is an office with well stocked book shelves and an antique desk. To the other side is a utility room with washing machine and w/c. The outside provides spacious 360 degree undulating gardens with a natural spring trickling gently all year. Scarcely overlooked so provides the perfect magical retreat with its secret passage, tree house and zip line tucked away at the back of the garden.
