VINTAGE ROOM IN CASA COLONIAL SAN ANTONIO

My house has always been the place where I live with my husband, my cat and my dog... I share the rooms of this large house with friends who live with us seasonally; people who love art, tranquility and enjoy our home for the energy that is breathed, the vintage decoration and my passion for being an excellent host. For 14 years it was a pioneering Guesthouse in the city: La Casa Café. Now, it's officially our home and we only have one room to share. The space It is a simple house with a lot of decoration and design where you can breathe serenity, intimacy and respect for each other's individual spaces. We have pets, a friendly and tender cat and a nervous but charming little dog visits us. As it is a small house, the spaces are practically for exclusive use, without crowds or congestion, but arranged to connect with other people to the extent that each guest decides. We create cultural experiences in our city in partnership with other entrepreneurs in the artistic field and cultural tourism, nature, healthy food and sustainable practices; one of our great commitments. Guest access On the first floor we have a large room and a living room with tables and comfortable seats to work, enlivened with soft music and a very good WIFI signal. In the hallway we have the book and clothing exchange area to contribute to the carbon footprint minimization dynamic. On the second floor there is a room with PC equipment and hammocks, a small kitchen but with everything you need. During your stay We share the space, although there is an independent distribution, I am always 24/7 on the first floor; between my office, the coffee room and my room; always willing to collaborate in everything my guest needs. Other things to note Since 2016, we have implemented the NTS TS002 Tourism Sustainability Standard, which is mandatory for accommodations. Even though we are no longer required to do so, we love what the standard contains, so we have adopted it as a lifestyle. Therefore, our house has suggestions to cooperate with our purpose and help us make responsible use of resources, and consume locally and responsibly.
