Sand& Sunset Hotel Seaview Room

Visit us and get a memorable view of the sunset over one of Zanzibar's best beaches, from our spacious balconies, while enjoying sea breeze from the Indian Ocean. While staying with us, you will enjoy the hotel's set-up (a mix of Swahili tradition & modernity), garden, welcoming staff and Swahili cuisine. A spacious and immaculate white sand beach is located just 5 minutes' walk from the hotel, where you can relax, swim, tan, socialize & enjoy outdoor recreational activities. The space Sand & Sunset Hotel has two floors: a ground floor and another floor upstairs (referred to as a 1st floor). You will be received at the hotel's lobby which has a reception area where staff will clerk and check you in. The lobby also has a sitting area, where you can relax, watch TV and interact with other guests. Upstairs, in addition to bedrooms, there is a restaurant where you can be served food and drinks and watch TV. From the restaurant area, you will get a bird eye view of the Indian Ocean and its beautiful beach in Kendwa. You can also catch sunset and sunrise from the restaurant upstairs. There are bedrooms on the ground floor as well as on the 1st floor. Those upstairs each have balconies from where you can have a view of the ocean, hear birds singing, catch the sunset and view the hotel's garden. Bedrooms downstairs each have a patio. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable bed, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, mosquito nets, a comfortable workspace (desk and chair), a smart TV, wifi internet and wardrobe. Each bedroom also has items for complimentary tea and a booklet from where you can get basic information about Zanzibar, it's attractions and some useful phone numbers. Each bedroom has at least a queen bed and extra sleeping space can be created on request, using foldable beds. It also has dedicated bathroom with toiletries and hot water. Guest access In addition to your room, bathroom and balcony/patio, you can relax at the sitting area of the lobby, or upstairs at the restaurant where you can also catch the sunset, eat, have a drink and interact with other guests.
