The space The house is very new and has beautiful volumes, is on one level, is composed of a large living space with a richly equipped industrial style kitchen (American fridge, wine cellar, dishwasher etc). Three bedrooms can accommodate six people (the capacity can be increased to 7 people if needed). The master bedroom has a large bed with a desk and a beautiful adjoining dressing room. The second bedroom has a large bed and storage closets. The third bedroom has a single bed, a single mezzanine bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional people and storage closets. The bathroom has a bathtub, a double sink, a large walk-in shower and an electric towel dryer for added comfort. A long closed garage adjoining the house can accommodate two cars or other vehicles safely, a large parking space on the enclosed land is also available that can easily accommodate five vehicles A large grassy area is present in front of the outdoor covered terrace, a barbecue is also installed. Guest access The house is in close proximity to major roads or SNCF. The bus and TER station is located nearby, just over a kilometer away, as well as various shops or services elsewhere. Valence TGV station is a 20-minute drive away. The nearest A49 highway exit, "La Baume d'Hostun", is a 5-minute drive away. Other things to note Additional information: The ski resorts of Villard de Lans or Font d'Urle are only a 45-minute drive away in winter! Alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, sledding, ice skating, snowshoeing or dog sledding are within your reach! Not to mention hiking in the Vercors massif, cycling, cultural tours or gastronomic tastings.
