The 1st floor is the café space, while the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors are rooms for rent. Just a 10-15 minutes to Old Quarter, Train street Traditional food corner, Ho Guom Lake... You will get a chance to truly live a Hanoian life with local neighbor, local drink & experience of living and interact with Vietnamese locals. While in Hanoi, live like a local! The space If you are looking for an interesting place to stay in Ba Dinh district, the administrative center of Vietnam, the center of Hanoi capital, able to comfortably accommodate 12-25 people, we have the perfect place for you. - The house was built in a quite alley but just only 30 meters from the main road. The homestay is very clean and full of sunlight. - The house is 90m2 x 5 floors. The first floor is a coffee shop and the 5th floor is an office. - Each floor, from floors 2-4, has its own kitchen, living room, bacony and bathroom. Each floor has 2 rooms that will share a bathroom. So it will be very suitable for a family or a group of friends who book whole floor or whole homestay. - Fully equipped kitchen: Equipped with refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, kettle, basic cooking utensils and cabinets.. - Spare sleeping space: Provide additional mattresses, bed sheets, blankets, pillows will be provide in case the number of guests more than 12 people. - The house has all the necessary amenities, Netflix TV, air conditioner, washing machine, strong and stable WIFI connection. - We keep everything beautiful and clean, so that you feel this place is as lovely as your own home in Hanoi. - Our place is very easy to find. Just tell the taxi driver to take you to our address, call/sms us on phone/Airbnb/Viber. We will always be available for assistance. Guest access Other things to note: - FREE Laundry - Self Served - Liquid Detergent supplied - Air-Conditioning, clean towels, shampoo & showering gel,... - Bed size: - 6 double bed: 1.6m x 2m - Please kindly TURN OFF all of the electric devices unused when you leave home (even during your stay) to avoid overuse of electricity & to save the energy, then protect the environment. - You will be given: + Keys of your room & entrance gate + Use of Air conditioners , hot water & kitchen stove. + Welcome drink of bottled water upon arrival. The bottles are not restocked during the stay. + 1 bath towel per guest. + Extra toilet paper, tissue, etc are available on request, feel free to let us know. + Food spices and basic tools for you to cook. Other things to note - When you check in, we would need a copy of your passport/ID to declare your stay with the local authority. *CHECK-IN / OUT - Check-in time: 14:00 PM or flexible time - Check-out time: 11:00 AM. *HOUSE 's RULES: 1. The house prioritizes quiet and peace, we comply with Vietnamese law and do not allow the use of banned substances at home (beer and alcohol are allowed). If checked by the police, customers are responsible for their actions. 2. Please do not make noise after 10pm to avoid disturbing people around you such as roommates, neighbors... 3.
