In a quiet area, close to Parc de la Ballastière, the manor is a 15-minute walk from the Cathedral of Saint-Étienne de Sens and its historic center. The space Completely renovated, this air-conditioned cottage will seduce you with its private garden (barbecue and garden furniture), its large living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine (special capsules), kettle, toaster), its master bedroom with 160 cm bed, another bedroom with 3 90 cm beds, in the living room a sofa bed and a TV, latest generation Wi-Fi, 2 bathrooms + toilet and access to the heated shared pool in summer.
