The tiny home comes with views of lush, green paddocks, creeks, and random visits from Rudy the deer over the fence 5 meters away from the tiny house. The campsite is also a drive away from various scenes and activities such as Nugget Point, Tunnel Beach Dunedin, Larnach Castle, and Orokonui Ecosanctuary. It's a cozy 139-square-foot accommodation with comfortable and well-furnished guest rooms, wide public spaces, and comfortable seating areas. Easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities are included. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers). IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have two tiny houses, "Gold Nugget 1 and 2," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy. Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny home and the whole camping ground. Do keep away from private signs and do not open any paddock gates that are locked. Access our shared amenities at Gold Park, including a communal pool, backyard, and laundry with washer and dryer. Additionally, enjoy communal facilities such as showers, toilets, a mini-library, and a kitchen. Other things to note - Camp-wide fast WiFi is now available. - Pets should be kept on a leash at all times - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. - Gas BBQ Grill is available for $20, with prior arrangement. - Smoking is allowed only in the designated area outside the tiny home - Mobile reception is good for Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, 2degrees, and Spark - Don’t forget to close the windows and lock doors when leaving the tiny house/ property - Only one pet is allowed. Additional pets may incur a fee. This is a pet-friendly property—full pet policies will be sent before arrival. Important note: - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
