This luxury 2BR apartment is part of Sapphire Bay, an upscale condominium residence on the southern fringe of Patong. From the terrace, the view of Patong Bay is stunning, with colors of the sea and sky ever-changing from morning to evening. Nearby, the Tri Trang and Paradise Beaches promise delightful moments with their pristine shores and a peaceful atmosphere, true hidden gems. The space This modern duplex features a spacious living room with a sofa and TV, along with a fully equipped kitchen and an indoor dining area. The living room also has its own toilet room. The comfortable sofa serves as a perfect bed for the fifth person. This area seamlessly flows into an expansive terrace with a seating area that creates a cozy place for evening relaxation and enjoying the bright colors of the sunset. On the same floor, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be combined together and a full air conditioning system. The furniture is modern and very stylish. On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom with stunning views of Patong Bay and the surrounding nature. Featuring an ensuite bathroom divided by a glass partition, the bathroom includes a bathtub that is ideal for relaxing candlelit evenings. Guest access The condo is located inside a gated private residence. The whole unit is yours. The pool is shared but there is hardly anyone else using it. There is parking space for your car or scooters. Other things to note Apart from electricity, our price is all inclusive: in particular there is no extra Airbnb service fees to add to the rental price. Check-out cleaning and light-speed WIFI are also included. A damage deposit of 5000 THB is requested upon check in. Your deposit will be refunded in full on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property. Children and infants are welcome, and we can provide a baby cot and a baby chair upon request. There is no extra charge for children, until 12 years old, sharing an existing bed. We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. You can order it more often for a small additional fee. After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful. Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the property (1200 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night. Electricity is charged at 8 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 170 THB per bedroom per day, for a normal usage, with aircon during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the property, you will most likely pay an additional 250 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island! For safety reasons, we no longer provide the BBQ that you see in the photo. Please note : From September 26, 2024, to November 15, 2024, the residence swimming pool will be temporarily unavailable due to renovations. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
